Hydro Vault Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Hydro Vault, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Hydro Vault Privacy Policy. These terms govern your use of the application and form a binding agreement between you and Sunbeam Pool Technicians LLC. Users who do not agree with any part of these terms should immediately cease all use of Hydro Vault and its associated features.

2. About Hydro Vault

Hydro Vault is a professional pool service management platform developed by Sunbeam Pool Technicians LLC for pool service business owners, managers, and technicians. The platform provides tools for customer and pool management, technician scheduling, water chemistry tracking, chemical usage, digital service reports, and AI-assisted features. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features to improve the service quality over time.

3. User and Business Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting their login credentials. Business owners and managers control team access and permissions. Unauthorized access to other companies' data is strictly prohibited. Hydro Vault is designed to maintain strict logical separation of business accounts based on ownership and authorization levels.

4. Customer and Business Information

Businesses may record customer names, contact details, service addresses, chemistry readings, service records, and photographs. Businesses represent that they have the appropriate authority to collect and process this information. Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information entered into the system.

5. Acceptable Use

Illegal activities or unauthorized data access.
Bypassing security controls or impersonating others.
Uploading malicious software or interfering with service operation.
Misusing customer information or uploading unlawful content.
Copying or reverse-engineering Hydro Vault software.

Accounts involved in serious abuse, fraud, or security threats may be restricted or suspended at our sole discretion.

6. Photos and User Content

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit, such as service photos and notes. You grant Hydro Vault the rights necessary to store, process, and back up this content to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have full permission for any content captured or uploaded.

7. Water Chemistry and Pool Health

Hydro Vault allows tracking of pH, chlorine, alkalinity, stabilizer, salt, and phosphates. This is an informational management tool only.

It does not replace professional judgment, safety procedures, or regulatory compliance. Users remain fully responsible for verifying chemical quantities and ensuring pool safety. We do not guarantee water safety based on platform scores.

8. AI-Assisted Features

AI-generated features are provided 'as-is' and may contain errors. These features do not replace professional expertise or manufacturer safety documentation. Users should independently verify any AI-suggested treatments or actions before implementation.

9. Routes and Location Features

Hydro Vault may offer routing and navigation functionality. Users are responsible for safe driving practices and should not interact with the app while operating a vehicle. Navigation data should be verified independently for accuracy.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

We may offer free and paid plans with varying logic, features, and limits. Pricing details are provided prior to purchase. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically. Refund and cancellation policies depend on the billing platform used and applicable laws.

11. Service Availability

While we aim for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance, technical issues, or connectivity problems. Note that internet access is required for most core platform functions.

12. Third-Party Services

Hydro Vault may integrate with third-party providers for payments, mapping, analytics, and infra. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy and we do not assume responsibility for their operations.

13. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, software, and designs are owned by Sunbeam Pool Technicians LLC. Users receive a limited right to use the service for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

14. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collection and data handling practices are detailed in our separate Hydro Vault Privacy Policy.

15. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their Hydro Vault account and personal data at any time. Some information may be retained as legally required for regulatory or safety compliance.

Hydro Vault is provided 'as-is'. We do not guarantee error-free calculations or reports. Liability for damages is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Users assume all risk associated with reliance on platform data.

17. Changes to the Service or Terms

We periodically update these Terms to reflect service improvements. Changes are effective upon updating the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
