Hydro Vault users can request deletion of their account and associated personal information. This page explains how to submit a deletion request, what information may be deleted, and what information may need to be retained for legitimate or legal purposes.
Delete Your Hydro Vault Account
Users who want to permanently delete their Hydro Vault account can submit an account deletion request using the button below to access the request form.
Identity Verification
Hydro Vault may need to verify the identity or account ownership of the person making the deletion request before deleting information, typically using the email address associated with the Hydro Vault account. Users should not submit passwords through this webpage or request form.
What Happens After You Submit a Request

Submit the Account & Data Deletion form to initiate the process.

Verification
Hydro Vault may contact you to verify that you own or are authorized to manage the account via your registered email.

Review
The request will be reviewed to determine what account and associated information can be deleted based on legal and operational requirements.

Deletion
Eligible account information will be deleted or anonymized as appropriate within our systems.

Confirmation
A confirmation may be sent when the request has been fully processed and completed.
Information That May Be Deleted
Depending on the account and applicable requirements, deletion may include information associated with the requesting user's Hydro Vault account, such as:
User profile information
Name and Email address
Account preferences and Service notes
Photos or uploaded media associated with the account
Note: Business records may belong to the pool service business account rather than the individual technician, and not all may be deleted.
Business Accounts
Hydro Vault may contain records owned or controlled by a pool service business. Deleting an individual user account does not necessarily require deletion of legitimate business records. Requests to delete an entire business account should be submitted by an authorized business administrator.
Information That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required for legal obligations, accounting records, fraud prevention, and security. Retained information should not be used for unrelated purposes.
Delete Data Without Deleting Your Account
Users may be able to request deletion of certain personal information without closing their entire account. Choose 'Delete Specific Data' in the form below.
Subscriptions
Deleting a Hydro Vault account may not automatically cancel an active app-store or third-party subscription. Users should cancel subscriptions through the billing service used.
